Performed LOF and 24 point inspection. Added 6qts 0/20w synthetic oil to fill. Replaced oil filter with a new PH2867. Set tires to 32 psi front and 30 psi rear, Brakes are at 4mm front, and 2mm rear. Brake fluid tested good at 1% moisture content. Recommend all brakes front and rear. Lights all work, battery tested good, but had to be cleaned. Coolant protection level is at -80*F, air filter is okay. Belt and hoses are okay. Topped off washer bottle. Reset oil life light.

Tech found rock chip at center of windshield. Performed LOF and 24 point inspection. Added 6qts 5/20 synthetic oil to fill. Replaced oil filter with anew PH500. Set tires to 35 psi, brakes are at 90% front and rear, brake fluid tested good at 1% moisture content. Lights all work, battery tested good. Belt and hoses are okay, air filter is okay. Coolant protection level is at -60*F, topped off washer bottle. Reset Oil Life Light.

Replaced AC compressor. Checked for proper operation. Topped off coolant level adding 1/2 gal coolant to fill.
Installed a new engine drive belt.
Flushed AC condensor. Checked for proper operation.
Performed AC service. Charged AC system to 1.80 lbs R134a. Performed AC performance test and now AC system is cold down to 40*F. Checked for leaks, no leaks are found.
Flushed entire AC system that was not replaced.

Scanned for codes and found one code set P0328 Knock Sensor High Bank 1. Needs a new Knock Sensor.
Inspection found AC belt and Power steering belts are worn out. Needs 2 new belts.
Replaced AC and Power Steering drive belts. Now the belts aren't making noise tech can hear ticking noise coming from the engine when engine is running. Tech checked oil level and found no oil on the dip stick. Tech topped off oil level adding 3qts 5/20w synthetic oil.
Replaced Knock Sensor. Cleared the code. Test drove to check for proper operation.

Scanned all modules for codes and found code set in the AWD Module. P1889:20 Oil Pump Performance. Performed inspection and found a TSB from Ford It states if this is the only code set and it is, We need to replace the AWD Oil Coupling Pump, and service the rear differential.
Found passenger side windshield washer nozzle is plugged. Used a fine wire and unblocked nozzle. Then blew out both ways with air. Hooked everything back up and now washer nozzles are working.
Set tires to 32 psi. Rotated tires front to rear and rear to front. Torqued wheels to 97 ft lbs. Brakes front are at 30%, Rear brakes are at 80%, but the left rear brake caliper is leaking brake fluid. Topped off brake fluid level. Will need rear brake calipers.
Removed exhaust pipe system and replaced AWD Oil Coupling Pump in the rear differential. Re installed exhaust system. Cleared code, checked for proper operation.
Serviced rear differential added 4pts 80/90w gear lube to fill. Checked for proper operation.
Replaced rear brake calipers. Bled brakes. Made sure parking brake works. Torqued wheels to 100 ft lbs. Checked for proper operation.

Front brakes are at 90%. Rear brakes are at 5%. Will need rear brake pads and rotors. Performed tire rotation, torqued wheels to 162 ft lbs. Checked for proper operation.

Technician removed old wiper blades and installed new wiper blades and customers request.
Charged battery all day. Battery was completely dead this morning. Tested battery. Battery tested good. Checked the charging system and found alternator is not charging the battery at the correct capacity. Needs an alternator.
Technician performed LOF and 24 pt inspection. Technician added 6.4qts of 5w/30 oil to fill. Replaced oil filter with new P967 filter. Brakes are 80% front and rear. Brake fluid test is 1% moisture. Set tire pressure to 30 Psi. Coolant protection is -60*F. Belts and hoses look fine. Battery testes good after charging all day. Alternator is bad. Topped off washer fluid and reset oil life reminder.
Technician removed wheels from vehicle. Computer spin balanced seasonal tires on rims. Installed wheels back on vehicle. Set tire pressure to 30 Psi and torqued lug nuts to 80ft.lbs.
Technician performed front end inspection along with the 24 pt inspection. Check shocks and struts, tie rod ends, front end bushings. Nothing was leaking, everything looked good.
Technician removed Alternator from the vehicle and replaced with a remanufactured alternator. Checked for proper operation. Alternator is now charging at 14.2 V
