2005 Ford Mustang
Mileage111,656Service Date9/19/2024Services Performed- Scanned for codes and found we have misfire codes set. Inspection found that a Critter has eaten the spark plug wires. Needs a set of spark plug wires. Spark plugs look new. Recommend a BG Fuel Injection cleaning service. Inspection under the vehicle found the critter nicked a wire insulation for the drivers side Oxygen Sensor. It did not cut the wire so this can be repaired simply using Liquid Electrical Tape.
- Replaced spark plug wires with a new plug wire set. Made sure to route the new plug wires correctly so they are not rubbing on each other. Cleared code, test drove to check for proper operation.
- Performed BG Fuel Injection Cleaning service. Test drove to check for proper operation.
- Cleaned very dirty K & N Air filter. Lightly oil the filter like it should be.

- Replaced oil pan, sealed with silicon as this is how the factory did it. Torqued pan bolts to 89 in lbs. Let sit for a while so silicon could set up. Added engine oil. Checked for proper operation.
- Performed LOF and 24 point inspection. Added 5qts 0/20w synthetic oil to fill. Replaced oil filter with a new PH10064XL. Set tires to 35 psi, brakes are good at 70% front and rear. Brake fluid tested bad at over 4% moisture content. Lights all work, battery tested good. Coolant protection level is at 60*F, air filter is okay. Belt and hoses are okay. Topped off washer bottle. Reset Oil Life Reminder Light.

2012 Ford Fusion
Mileage125,980Service Date8/1/2024Services Performed- Scanned for codes, No Codes found. Tech was letting the engine get to operating temp while monitoring engine data. Tech heard the cooling fan come on, temp gauge was reading half, but the hoses at the radiator and the air moving past the radiator is cold. Laser temp gun shows radiator is only at 76*F and the Cylinder Head temp sensor is saying 227*F. We need a new Cylinder Head Temp Sensor. Tech turned off the car and there is a hissing sound coming from the drivers side of the engine. Inspection found Coolant Outlet Housing is cracked and spraying coolant all over the side of the engine. Need to replace Coolant Outlet Housing.
- Replaced the Cylinder Head Temp Sensor. Checked for proper operation. Now cooling fans come on at the correct temp of 213*F. Checked for leaks, No leaks. Head gasket is Not BAD.
- Replaced Coolant Out Let Housing. Old one was rotted out and leaking. Added 2 gal coolant Dex Cool To fill. Made sure to get the air out of the cooling system. Made sure thermostat opened. Checked for proper operation. Checked for leaks, No Leaks.

2013 Ford F-150

Performed visual inspection and found when the service port valves where removed to connect the AC machine to the vehicle. The service port valves are leaking. Confirmed this with the AC refrigerant sniffer. Recovered the refrigerant, replaced the 2 service port valves. Performed complete AC service recharge. Added 1.50 lbs R134a refrigerant to fill. Checked AC performance and the Ac is cold down to 42*F. Temp out side of the vehicle is at 72*F. Checked for leaks, No leaks.

2018 Subaru Forester
Mileage82,706Service Date7/15/2024Services Performed- Brake inspection found front and rear brakes are at 30%. Recheck brakes in about 2 months.
- Performed summer tire change over. Set tires to 33 psi front and 32 psi rear. Torqued wheels to 90 ft lbs. Old Snow Tires are not good anymore.
- AC does not work. AC Compressor front seal is blown out. Refrigerant is going everywhere. Replaced Air Filter.Brake fluid is well over 5% moisture content. Oil level is full and clean. Cleaned AC oil from under the hood as best we could. Coolant protection level is at -80*F, Brakes are at 30% front and rear. Will need to recheck brakes in about 2 months. Belt and hoses are okay. Topped off washer bottle. Set tires to 33 psi front and 32 Psi rear.
- Performed transmission service. Added 4 qts CVT Transmission Fluid. Checked for proper operation.
- Replaced cabin air filter, old one was very dirty.
- Replaced spark plugs and coil boots on all 4 cylinders. Installed new NGK Platinum plugs. Set Plug gap to .044 in. Checked for proper operation.
- Performed BG Fuel Injection Cleaning Service. Checked for proper operation.
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
- Recovered refrigerant and tech found someone had added Way, Way to much refrigerant or refrigerant oil to the AC system. This is why the front seal on the AC compressor blew out. Replaced AC compressor and both of the service port valves, they too where leaking refrigerant. Added the correct amount of PAG 100 oil to the system. Checked for proper operation.
- Performed AC system complete recharge. Added 1 lb R134a refrigerant to the system. Performed AC system check, AC is cold down to 38*F with an outside temp of 95*F. Checked for leaks, No leaks found at this time.

2006 Honda Civic
Mileage157,638Service Date7/13/2024Services Performed- First off performed a visual inspection. Tech removed service port caps from AC system and can see the valves are bubbling. Recovered AC refrigerant and found it was still full. !.0Lbs R134a. Replaced service port valves both of them. Recharged AC system to the recovered and full amount of 1 lbs R134a refrigerant. Tech checked the HVAC Box drain tube and found it is plugged with dirt and leafs. Cleaned this all out. Then tech checked cabin air filter and found a hand full of the fire wall insulation hanging down from the fresh air vent. Tech cleaned this out and cleaned off the new looking cabin air filter. Now with the AC machine connected to the vehicles AC service ports the tech can see while the AC is On in Hi Mode Max AC the gauge readings are showing a possible blocked AC Condensor from having air flow across condensor during operation. Tech looked at the front of the Condensor and found it is full of bugs and other road junk. Tech pressure washer front of condensor, removed upper grill cover and made sure the gap between the condensor and radiator is clear and air is flowing. Checked AC Performance now we have AC temp at 42*F running for 20 min on max AC. Tech checked system for leaks, no leaks are found at this time.
