- Preformed oil change and 24 point inspection. Filled with 4.4 qts of 0W-20 Synthetic oil to fill. Replaced the oil filter with a new PH2867 oil filter. Brakes are at 40% front and 90% rear. Coolant protection is at -80*F. Brake fluid is now at 0% moisture content after the brake fluid flush. Was 5% moisture content. Belts and hoses are fine, lights all work. Battery tested fine. Set tires to 30 PSI and reset oil life.
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.

2010 Ford Pickup
Mileage190,371Service Date10/21/2025Services Performed- Scanned for codes and found code set P0457 Evap System Leak Detected. We diagnosed this before and the Fuel Filler Neck is bad.
- Tech found that the front struts are leaking and in need of replacement.
- Performed LOF and 24 point inspection. Added 7qts 5/20w synthetic oil to fill. Replaced oil filter with a new PH820. Set tires to 35 psi. Brakes are at 80% front and 90% rear. Brake fluid tested good at 1% moisture content. Lights all work, Battery tested good. Belt and belt tensioner are new today. Air filter is okay, coolant protection level is at -60*F. Topped off washer bottle. Reset Oil Life Reminder.
- Remove wheels from vehicle. Inspect brakes. Computer spin balance. Reinstall wheels to vehicle and torque lug nuts to manufacturer's specifications.
- Removed and replaced fuel tank filler neck and cleared codes. Checked for proper operation.
- Removed and replaced the serp belts and tensioner. Checked for proper operation.

2018 RAM 3500 HD
Mileage79,847Service Date9/24/2025Services Performed- Tech drove the vehicle, he can hear the humming on declaration, sounds like the turbo and/or the power train slowing down while coasting, we believe this is a normal noise. Engine has no codes and no drive ability concerns.
- Preformed 24 point inspection and oil change. Replaced oil filter with a new LFP780 oil filter. Filled with 12 qts 15W-40 diesel oil. Coolant protection level is at -60*F, brakes are at 80% front and 60% rear. Brake fluid moisture content is at 2%. Tires are set to 60 psi front and 80 psi rear. Belts and hoses are okay, lights are okay. Battery checked out good.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica
Mileage65,338Service Date8/28/2025Services Performed- Using New AC Machine for R1234YF refrigerant tech ran the systems diagnoses and found AC refrigerant is full. Scanned for codes and found codes set in Body Control Module. Codes P1009 Humidity Sensor Module. Performed Diagnostic Testing on this sensor using the scan tool and tech confirmed this sensor is bad. Needs a new Humidity Sensor Module. Tech also noticed the HVAC system Air Flow through the vents is very low flow. Checked the Cabin Air Filter and found it is plugged solid. Needs Cabin Air Filter.
- Test drove and tech found front brake rotors are warped. Will need new front brake rotors.
- Replaced front Brake Rotors. Brake pads front are good at 70%. Torqued wheels to 100 ft lbs. test drove to check for proper operation.
- Replaced Humidity Sensor Module. Tried to Clear Codes and this vehicle has a security Block on the Vehicle computer systems. Further investigation found there is a By Pass procedure to get around this Security Block but it requires a special cable cord to plug into the vehicle. Had to order this cable and it will be in on the 3rd of September.
- Replaced Cabin Air Filter. Air Flow Now is much stronger.

Brakes all feel normal even in an emergency stop. Back at the shop we performed brake inspection and found front brakes are at 15%, Rear brakes are at 50%. Recommend front brakes and a left front wheel bearing hub assembly.
- Replaced front brake rotors, installed new front brake pads. Torqued wheels to 80 ft lbs. Checked for proper operation.
- Removed steering Knuckle from the vehicle. Replaced left front wheel bearing assembly. Re installed steering knuckle. Torqued axle nut to 210 ft lbs. Checked for proper operation.
