2016 RAM ProMaster 2500

- Inspected Oil filter Housing and Cap. No Cracks, No leaks.
- Rotated tires front to rear and rear to front. Torqued wheels to 145 ft lbs.
- Performed 24 point inspection and oil change. Replaced oil filter with a new P1009 oil filter. Filled with 6qts of 5W20 synthetic oil to fill. Brakes are at 60% front and 90% rear with a brake moisture content of 1%. The oil filter housing is not cracked, no leaks found. Lights all work, coolant protection level is at 80*F. Belts and hoses are okay. Reset oil life reminder.
- Replaced both rear shocks. Checked for proper operation.

2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Performed a visual inspection and all coil and injector wires are connected tight. Performed CKT Test of the cyl 3 injector. It is good. Needs a cyl 3 Injector.
- Misfire on cyl 3 is because cyl 3 fuel injector is bad.
- Replaced cyl 3 fuel injector. Cleared codes. Test drove to check for proper operation. Misfire is gone.

Performed AC Performance test and AC system is cold down to 40*F. Checked for leaks, No Leaks. Note Hood Support Strut is Bad and hood slammed shut braking the Grill. Tech used Zip ties to fasten grill back to the hood.

- Tech found two codes: P0217- Engine coolant overtemp condition (overheating warning) P0430 Cat efficiency code bank 2. This indicates that the catalytic converter could be on its way out down the line and would need 02 sensors and Catalytic converter.
- Tech found that upon visual inspection of the shocks and struts there are no obvious issues, normal suspension in front and rear.

2016 Toyota RAV4
Mileage137,702Service Date5/27/2026Services Performed- tech found that the headlamp connector is melted internally, headlight connector needs to be replaced.
- Inspection : Can hear noise coming from the alternator, but to isolate the noise we need to remove serpentine belt. Removed serpentine belt then started engine and found growling noise is gone. Hand turned water pump pulley and it is smooth bearing is good. Hand turned alternator pulley and it is loose and grinding. Needs Alternator.
- Removed and replaced the alternator assembly, checked for proper operation. Alternator is nice and quiet now.
