2005 Ford Five Hundred
Mileage356,672Service Date2/8/2025Services Performed- Power Steering fluid level is low. Topped off power steering fluid level. Looked for leaks but was not able to pick out the power steering leak over the engine oil leaks. For now we will keep an eye on the power steering fluid level an keep it full.
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
- Technician performed LOF and 24 pt inspection. Added 6qts of 5w/20 oil to fill. Replaced oil filter with new PH48. Front brakes are 80% and rear brakes are 60%. Brake fluid is 1% moisture. Coolant protection is -80*F, air filter is good. Set tires to 32Psi. Battery tested good, belts look fine, hoses are okay. All lights are operable. Topped off washer fluid and reset oil life reminder light.

2014 RAM 2500 HD
Mileage133,918Service Date1/29/2025Services Performed- Scanned for codes and found code set for B1298-92 ParkTronic Sensor #11 Performance Or Incorrect Operation. One of the Sonar sensors id bad. Need more time to diagnose or it may have to go to dodge.
- Performed LOF and 24 point inspection. Added 12 qts 15/40 diesel oil. Replaced oil filter with a new LFP780. Set tires to 65 psi front and 80 psi rear. Brakes are at 90% Front, 80% rear. Brake fluid tested good at 1% moisture content. Batteries tested good, lights all work. Air filter is okay, Coolant protection level is at -80*F. Belt and hoses are okay. Topped off washer bottle. Reset oil left light.
- Rotated tire front to rear and rear to front. Braked are at 90% front and 80 % rear. Torqued wheels to 130 ft lbs.
- Performed BG Diesel Injection Cleaning service. Test drove the vehicle before and after cleaning. Engine runs much better then before.
- Could Not Get to this problem Because test tool is broken.
- Need more time to diagnose this problem.

2006 Toyota Tacoma

Tech also found that the recommendations that 3 peaks auto found are correct. Tech mentioned major oil leaks, however did not do a formal diagnosis each one, they just happen to be visible and note worthy. The clutch is also suspected to be on it's way out.

2009 Honda CR-V

- Performed tire rotation front to rear and rear to front. Best tires are now up front.
- Balanced all 4 wheels and rotated tires front to rear and rear to front. Front brakes are at 10%, Rear brakes are at 40%. Needs front brake job. Set tires to 30 psi, torqued wheels to 80 ft lbs. Checked for proper operation.
- Performed LOF and 24 point inspection. Added 4.5qts 5/20w synthetic oil to fill. Replaced oil filter with a new PH2867. Set tires to 30 psi, brakes are good at 100% front and 40% rear. Brake fluid is at 2% moisture content. Battery tested good, lights all work. Air filter is okay, coolant protection level is at -80*F. Belt is new as of today, hoses are okay. Topped off washer bottle. Reset Oil Life Light.
- Replaced serpentine drive belt. Checked for proper operation.
- Replaced front brake rotors, installed new front brake pads. Torqued wheels to 80 ft lbs. Set brake pads. Test drove vehicle so to burnish in the new pads to the new rotors. Checked for proper operation.

2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Mileage130,066Service Date11/20/2024Services Performed- Scanned for codes and found codes set P0300, P0303, P0305. Performed a visual inspection to find no abnormal conditions why the engine is misfiring. Misfires are current. Tech test drove the vehicle and found the misfires will come and go. Recommend performing a BG Injection Cleaning. Tech also found heater in the vehicle is not working. Inspection found coolant in the radiator is low. Tech topped off coolant level adding 1 gal dexcool coolant. Next morning the tech found evidence that the water pump is leaking coolant.
- Performed BG Fuel Injection Clean too clear up a engine misfire in cylinders 3,5. Test drove after the cleaning and the engine misfire is gone. But the heater is not working. Inspection found 1 gal low on dexcool coolant. Inspection also found that the water pump has been leaking from the weep hole. Recommend a new water pump and a new serpentine drive belt. Old belt is worn out.
- Replaced the water pump. Installed a new serpentine drive belt. Added 3 gal Dexcool coolant to fill. Made sure thermostat opened and cooling fan cycled. Test drove vehicle to check for proper operation. Note: Replaced key fob battery because the fob no battery warning light was on. Thermostat is found to be sticking as well as the coolant radiator cap being bad.
- Replaced thermostat topped off coolant reusing the coolant we just installed. Made sure thermostat opened and cooling fan cycled. Installed a new radiator recovery bottle cap. Checked for proper operation.

2016 Ford F-150
Mileage94,976Service Date11/7/2024Services Performed- Oil leaking is all from the Engine Oil Pan. This oil pan on this engine is serviced as the entire unit. Will need an oil pan and oil pick up tube.
- Rear Shock right rear is leaking Bad. Needs rear shocks.
- Removed oil pan, someone has been in here before and the oil pan was not replaced as it is required. Old silicon and new silicon was all mixed together. Tech too the extra time to really clean the oil silicon from the engine block. Installed new engine oil pan and a new oil pick up tube seal. Torqued mounting bolts to 89 in lbs. Let the pan set up before adding new oil. Added new oil 6qts to fill. Replaced oil filter. Checked for proper operation.
- Replaced both rear shocks with new KYB Shocks. Checked for proper operation.

2015 Ford Police Interceptor Utility
Mileage162,584Service Date10/30/2024Services Performed- Inspection found all ball joints and tie rod ends are good. Lower control arm rear bushings both sides are bad. Engine torque mount bushing is very bad.
- Cut off the old lower most rearward control arm bushings both front. Installed new lower control arm most rearward bushings both front. Torqued bushing mounting bolts. Checked for proper operation. Had alignment done on the vehicle.
- Performed 4 Wheel Vehicle Alignment.
- Replaced Lower Engine/ Transmission Torque Mount. Checked for proper operation.
- Tech went to remove the serpentine drive belt and found when he released the belt tensioner, the tensioner stayed in the release position and would not spring back. Belt tensioner is bad and off to one side out of alignment. This is why the belt was chewed up. After replacing the belt tensioner tech installed a new serpentine drive belt.
- Replaced serpentine drive belt tensioner.
