    Services Performed
    • Brake inspection found front and rear brakes are at 30%. Recheck brakes in about 2 months.
    • Performed summer tire change over. Set tires to 33 psi front and 32 psi rear. Torqued wheels to 90 ft lbs. Old Snow Tires are not good anymore.
    • AC does not work. AC Compressor front seal is blown out. Refrigerant is going everywhere. Replaced Air Filter.Brake fluid is well over 5% moisture content. Oil level is full and clean. Cleaned AC oil from under the hood as best we could. Coolant protection level is at -80*F, Brakes are at 30% front and rear. Will need to recheck brakes in about 2 months. Belt and hoses are okay. Topped off washer bottle. Set tires to 33 psi front and 32 Psi rear.
    • Performed transmission service. Added 4 qts CVT Transmission Fluid. Checked for proper operation.
    • Replaced cabin air filter, old one was very dirty.
    • Replaced spark plugs and coil boots on all 4 cylinders. Installed new NGK Platinum plugs. Set Plug gap to .044 in. Checked for proper operation.
    • Performed BG Fuel Injection Cleaning Service. Checked for proper operation.
    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
    • Recovered refrigerant and tech found someone had added Way, Way to much refrigerant or refrigerant oil to the AC system. This is why the front seal on the AC compressor blew out. Replaced AC compressor and both of the service port valves, they too where leaking refrigerant. Added the correct amount of PAG 100 oil to the system. Checked for proper operation.
    • Performed AC system complete recharge. Added 1 lb R134a refrigerant to the system. Performed AC system check, AC is cold down to 38*F with an outside temp of 95*F. Checked for leaks, No leaks found at this time.

    • Coolant leak is coming from the radiator top tank. It has split open and is spraying coolant all over the engine compartment. Needs a radiator and radiator cap.
    • Replaced radiator. Added 2 gal coolant to fill. Installed new radiator cap. Made sure thermostat opened and cooling fan cycled. Checked for proper operation. No more leaks.

    • Check for possible leaks that would allow exhaust smells to come into the car.
    • Performed tire rotation. set tires to 32 psi front and 30 psi rear. Torqued wheels to 90 ft lbs.
    • AXLE SHAFT BOOTS – INSPECT AXLE SHAFT JOINTS – INSPECT BRAKE DRUMS/SHOES – INSPECT BRAKE LINES & CABLES – INSPECT BRAKE LININGS – INSPECT DISC BRAKE PADS & ROTORS – INSPECT FUEL LINES & CONNECTIONS – INSPECT FUEL SYSTEM – INSPECT PARKING BRAKE – INSPECT STEERING SYSTEM – INSPECT SUSPENSION SYSTEM – INSPECT ENGINE OIL – REPLACE ENGINE OIL FILTER – REPLACE TIRES – ROTATE – [A tire should be replaced when the tread wear indicator appears as a solid band across the tread; this occurs when the remaining tread has worn to 0.063 inches (1.6mm) or less.]
    • Techncian performed LOF and 24pt inspection. Added 4.2 qts of 5/30 oil to fill. Replaced oil filter with new PH2867 filter. Brake are 70% front and 80% rear. Brake fluid test is 2% moisture. Coolant protection is -60*F. Set front tires to 32Psi and rear to 30Psi. Battery tested good. All belts and hoses look fine. All fluid look good, are full and clean. Do not need changed at this time. All lights are operational. Air filter just needed cleaned out and is fine. Topped off washer fluid and reset oil life reminder light.
    • Replaced cabin air filter. Old one was very plugged and full of critter nest. Cleaned HVAC Box.

    • Performed LOF and 24 point inspection. Added 6qts 0/20w synthetic oil to fill. Replaced oil filter with a new PH2867. Set tires to 32 psi front and 30 psi rear, Brakes are at 4mm front, and 2mm rear. Brake fluid tested good at 1% moisture content. Recommend all brakes front and rear. Lights all work, battery tested good, but had to be cleaned. Coolant protection level is at -80*F, air filter is okay. Belt and hoses are okay. Topped off washer bottle. Reset oil life light.
