Brake fluid tested good at 1% moisture content. Battery tested good, lights all work. Air filter is okay, coolant protection level is at -60*F. Belt and hoses are okay. Topped off washer bottle. Reset Maint Light. Next oil change will be due at 71,334k.

tech found that the headlamp connector is melted internally, headlight connector needs to be replaced.
Inspection : Can hear noise coming from the alternator, but to isolate the noise we need to remove serpentine belt. Removed serpentine belt then started engine and found growling noise is gone. Hand turned water pump pulley and it is smooth bearing is good. Hand turned alternator pulley and it is loose and grinding. Needs Alternator.
Removed and replaced the alternator assembly, checked for proper operation. Alternator is nice and quiet now.

The Oil Condensation on the oil cap is normal.
Front steering and suspension are OKAY. Brake Caliper Left front is stuck applied. Will need front brake Calipers, Brake Rotors and Pads due to overheating and Deep Groves in rotors.
Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front ( 50%) Rear ( 15%) Recommend rear brakes.
Reset Oil Life Light.

Tech tested the alternator charge in real time and found that the alternator was putting out low voltage.
Preformed 24 point inspection and oil change. Replaced oil filter with a new P980 oil filter, filled with 4.4 qts of 0W-20 oil to fill, brakes are at 25% front and 50% rear. Will need brakes in 1-2 months. Coolant protection is at -60*F. Brakes are at 0% moisture content.
Removed and replaced the alternator and serpentine belt. Checked for proper operation.

Tech inspected transmission and found that the transmission needs rebuilt. Tech also found that the recommendations that 3 peaks auto found are correct. Tech mentioned major oil leaks, however did not do a formal diagnosis each one, they just happen to be visible and note worthy. The clutch is also suspected to be on it's way out.

Removed radiator cap to find the cap has broken up apart. Filled cooling system then pressure tested the system, NO Leaks. Found but from radiator fill neck area under the cap. Would recommend a new radiator cap, thermostat, and fill.
Rear Shocks are blown out and leaking. Performed LOF and 24 point inspection. Added 6.5qts 5w/30 synthetic oil to fill. Replaced oil filter with a new PH2835. Set tires to 40 psi, brakes are good at 80% front and rear. Brake fluid tested good at 1% moisture content. Battery tested BAD, lights all work. Belt is good, hoses are good. Air filter is okay, coolant protection level is at -60*F. Topped off washer bottle. Reset oil life light. Installed a new battery per customers approval.
Replaced thermostat and gasket seal. Added 2 gal of Asian Red Coolant to fill. Made sure thermostat opened up. Topped off coolant level, installed new radiator cap. Test drove to check for proper operation. Tech installed a new battery.
