    • Oil leaking is all from the Engine Oil Pan. This oil pan on this engine is serviced as the entire unit. Will need an oil pan and oil pick up tube.
    • Rear Shock right rear is leaking Bad. Needs rear shocks.
    • Removed oil pan, someone has been in here before and the oil pan was not replaced as it is required. Old silicon and new silicon was all mixed together. Tech too the extra time to really clean the oil silicon from the engine block. Installed new engine oil pan and a new oil pick up tube seal. Torqued mounting bolts to 89 in lbs. Let the pan set up before adding new oil. Added new oil 6qts to fill. Replaced oil filter. Checked for proper operation.
    • Replaced both rear shocks with new KYB Shocks. Checked for proper operation.

  • 2015 Ford Police Interceptor Utility

    • Inspection found all ball joints and tie rod ends are good. Lower control arm rear bushings both sides are bad. Engine torque mount bushing is very bad.
    • Cut off the old lower most rearward control arm bushings both front. Installed new lower control arm most rearward bushings both front. Torqued bushing mounting bolts. Checked for proper operation. Had alignment done on the vehicle.
    • Performed 4 Wheel Vehicle Alignment.
    • Replaced Lower Engine/ Transmission Torque Mount. Checked for proper operation.
    • Tech went to remove the serpentine drive belt and found when he released the belt tensioner, the tensioner stayed in the release position and would not spring back. Belt tensioner is bad and off to one side out of alignment. This is why the belt was chewed up. After replacing the belt tensioner tech installed a new serpentine drive belt.
    • Replaced serpentine drive belt tensioner.

    • Scanned for codes and found we have misfire codes set. Inspection found that a Critter has eaten the spark plug wires. Needs a set of spark plug wires. Spark plugs look new. Recommend a BG Fuel Injection cleaning service. Inspection under the vehicle found the critter nicked a wire insulation for the drivers side Oxygen Sensor. It did not cut the wire so this can be repaired simply using Liquid Electrical Tape.
    • Replaced spark plug wires with a new plug wire set. Made sure to route the new plug wires correctly so they are not rubbing on each other. Cleared code, test drove to check for proper operation.
    • Performed BG Fuel Injection Cleaning service. Test drove to check for proper operation.
    • Cleaned very dirty K & N Air filter. Lightly oil the filter like it should be.

    • Performed LOG and 24 point inspection. Added 7qts 5/20w synthetic oil to fill. Replaced oil filter with anew PH820. Set tires to 65psi front and 80psi rear. Brakes are at 60% front 30% rear. Brake fluid tested Bad at over 5% moisture content. Recommend a Brake Fluid Flush. Battery tested good, Lights all work. Steering Damper is leaking. Belt and house are good. Air filter is good, coolant protection level is at -80*F. Topped off washer bottle. Reset oil life light.

    • Scanned for codes, No Codes found. Tech was letting the engine get to operating temp while monitoring engine data. Tech heard the cooling fan come on, temp gauge was reading half, but the hoses at the radiator and the air moving past the radiator is cold. Laser temp gun shows radiator is only at 76*F and the Cylinder Head temp sensor is saying 227*F. We need a new Cylinder Head Temp Sensor. Tech turned off the car and there is a hissing sound coming from the drivers side of the engine. Inspection found Coolant Outlet Housing is cracked and spraying coolant all over the side of the engine. Need to replace Coolant Outlet Housing.
    • Replaced the Cylinder Head Temp Sensor. Checked for proper operation. Now cooling fans come on at the correct temp of 213*F. Checked for leaks, No leaks. Head gasket is Not BAD.
    • Replaced Coolant Out Let Housing. Old one was rotted out and leaking. Added 2 gal coolant Dex Cool To fill. Made sure to get the air out of the cooling system. Made sure thermostat opened. Checked for proper operation. Checked for leaks, No Leaks.

    • Performed AC performance test. AC is cool but not as cold as it could be. Performed visual inspection and found when the service port valves where removed to connect the AC machine to the vehicle. The service port valves are leaking. Confirmed this with the AC refrigerant sniffer. Recovered the refrigerant, replaced the 2 service port valves. Performed complete AC service recharge. Added 1.50 lbs R134a refrigerant to fill. Checked AC performance and the Ac is cold down to 42*F. Temp out side of the vehicle is at 72*F. Checked for leaks, No leaks.

    • Test drive the tech can hear the squeak noise. Inspection found that the left front brake sliders are touching the brake rotor at time. Front brakes are like new at 80%. Rear brakes are at 80%. Tech cleaned and beveled the pad edges. Tech re positioned the brake slide pads so they do not touch the rotors. Torqued wheels to 100 ft lbs. Test drove to check for proper operation.
    • Front end checked out okay. Ball joint, tie rods, and wheel bearings are all okay.
    • Performed LOF and 24 point inspection. Added 6qts 5/30 synthetic oil to fill. Replaced oil filter with a PH500. Set tires to 35 psi. Brakes are good at 80% front and rear. Brake fluid test good at 2% moisture content. Battery tested good, lights all work. Coolant protection level is at -60*F, air filter is okay. Belt and hoses are okay. Topped off washer bottle. Reset oil life reminder.

    • Scanned for codes and found one code set P2112 Throttle Body Actuator A Control System Stuck Closed. The throttle body is new so the tech cleared this code as it was in history. Code did not reset.
    • Test drove the vehicle and found front brake rotors are warped very bad. Pulled one wheel off and performed a rotor runout test and found runout over .006 in. Needs front brake rotors.
