Scanned for codes, tech found codes set for evap system. We need to perform a smoke test on the Evap system to find the leak or leaks. Tech per formed the test for looking for Evap Leaks and found the Natural Vacuum Leak Detection Pump is bad. Tech also found the EGR Valve is leaking. Recommend Leak Detection Pump, and an EGR valve.
Replaced Natural Vacuum Leak Detection Pump. Cleared code and checked for proper operation.

Scanned for codes and found one code set P2112 Throttle Body Actuator A Control System Stuck Closed. The throttle body is new so the tech cleared this code as it was in history. Code did not reset.
Test drove the vehicle and found front brake rotors are warped very bad. Pulled one wheel off and performed a rotor runout test and found runout over .006 in. Needs front brake rotors.

Coolant leak is coming from the radiator top tank. It has split open and is spraying coolant all over the engine compartment. Needs a radiator and radiator cap.
Replaced radiator. Added 2 gal coolant to fill. Installed new radiator cap. Made sure thermostat opened and cooling fan cycled. Checked for proper operation. No more leaks.

Techncian performed LOF and 24pt inspection. Added 4.2 qts of 5/30 oil to fill. Replaced oil filter with new PH2867 filter. Brake are 70% front and 80% rear. Brake fluid test is 2% moisture. Coolant protection is -60*F. Set front tires to 32Psi and rear to 30Psi. Battery tested good. All belts and hoses look fine. All fluid look good, are full and clean. Do not need changed at this time. All lights are operational. Air filter just needed cleaned out and is fine. Topped off washer fluid and reset oil life reminder light.
Replaced cabin air filter. Old one was very plugged and full of critter nest. Cleaned HVAC Box.

Removed radiator cap to find the cap has broken up apart. Filled cooling system then pressure tested the system, NO Leaks. Found but from radiator fill neck area under the cap. Would recommend a new radiator cap, thermostat, and fill.
Rear Shocks are blown out and leaking. Performed LOF and 24 point inspection. Added 6.5qts 5w/30 synthetic oil to fill. Replaced oil filter with a new PH2835. Set tires to 40 psi, brakes are good at 80% front and rear. Brake fluid tested good at 1% moisture content. Battery tested BAD, lights all work. Belt is good, hoses are good. Air filter is okay, coolant protection level is at -60*F. Topped off washer bottle. Reset oil life light. Installed a new battery per customers approval.
Replaced thermostat and gasket seal. Added 2 gal of Asian Red Coolant to fill. Made sure thermostat opened up. Topped off coolant level, installed new radiator cap. Test drove to check for proper operation. Tech installed a new battery.

Inspection found water pump is leaking coolant all over the engine bay. Upper radiator hose has bubbles under the hose lining. Recommend upper radiator hose, water pump, and a new thermostat. Radiator looks new, radiator cap does not. Also recommend a new radiator cap.
Replaced water pump installed a new thermostat. Installed a new upper radiator hose. Added 3 gal Dexcool coolant to fill. Installed a new radiator cap. Made sure thermostat opened and cooling fans came on. Serpentine drive belt was reused looked new. Checked for proper operation.

When to charge the battery and the charger showed battery was fully charged in less then 10 min. Tested battery and battery failed test. Using jump box started car and tested the alternator. Alternator is not charging the battery. Needs a new battery and a new alternator.
Replaced alternator, installed a new E-535MF Deka Battery. Checked charging system, alternator is now charging at 14.55 volts.
